What is Apex CMS?
Apex CMS is the product of several year's web development experience for business and home users. It's an enterprise-level content management system that's accessible for all companies and end users. We're very proud of how clever our system is and just how feature packed it is. It's also modular, which means if you want it to do something it doesn't already - we can write new functionality for you!

How will it benefit me or my company?
Being able to edit and add your own pages, news items and images means you can keep the general maintenance of your site in-house. This can save a small fortune in the long run, as the only ongoing costs with our CMS are the yearly hosting fees!

Can I add functionality to my Apex site?
Of course you can! Let us know what functionality you require, and we'll create a specification for you. If you're happy with the spec, we'll go ahead and build your bespoke functions and add them straight into your existing Apex site. Bespoke modules are charged for seperately as new work, and the complexity of the module will affect the final price.

Can I upgrade to a different version in the future?
Yes! We can upgrade you from Apex Core to Apex Plus, or from Apex Plus to Apex Shop anytime you like. The only costs incurred with the upgrade are usually the yearly hosting and licence fee, and occasionally (and usually only if you have bespoke functionality which requires seperate attention) a fee for migrating custom data across to the new setup.

Can I use Apex as an online shop?
Of course you can. We have an e-commerce module for Apex Plus which allows you to sell your products online and collect payment in a variety of different ways.

Why use Apex CMS over any other?
10 Years of hard graft have gone into this product, and it's always being improved, updated and having new functionality added. We write about new features on our blog. We're always looking at ways to make it even more powerful and easy to use. Don't put up with having to hack away at open source projects, use a CMS which has stood the test of time!

How much does it cost?
An Apex CMS site starts from £99 per year, and build costs can be from as little as £550 if you opt for a Wizzy Design Business Startup Package (which includes the £99 hosting and licence fee for the first year!)

Is Apex licenced?
Apex CMS is written wholly in house and is closed-source software. Our licencing fees for Apex are combined within your yearly hosting fees so you don't pay over the odds.

Can I host an Apex site on my own webspace?
External licences are available for Apex, should your provider meet the requirements for hosting our software. To enquire about an External licence for Apex, please contact us.
